6. Payment and Billing
Payment terms, deposits, and balances are as set forth in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the Services. Past-due amounts may be subject to applicable late fees and reasonable collection costs. 7. Workmanship and Warranties

You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area; identify and disclose the location of underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, and other hidden conditions known to you; remove or secure personal property near the work area; and obtain any approvals required by your homeowners’ association or local authorities, except where we have expressly agreed in writing to handle permitting.
